Hosted by us for a monthly fee, or on your own server for a one-time licence and a yearly support contract. Every module is available on both. All prices are in AED and exclude VAT; 5% VAT is added where it applies.

On-premise support

Pick a support level, not whether to have one

On cloud, support is in the subscription. On your own server it is a yearly contract, priced in your quote, and it is what brings updates and UAE compliance changes, such as the e-invoicing mandate, to your installation.

Standard

In the quote

Tickets by WhatsApp and email in UAE business hours. Reply within one working day, same day if the system is down. Updates, bug fixes and compliance changes.

Priority

In the quote

Everything in Standard, a 4-hour response and phone support, plus a quarterly health check that includes a test restore of your backup.

No contract

AED 2,800 / day, half-day minimum

The system keeps running but receives no updates or compliance changes. Rejoining later costs the years missed plus 20 percent.

If one of these applies, you get a fixed written quote with the scope attached, and no hourly meter.

More than one trade licence

A second company is a second set of books, a second VAT return, a second numbering series and a second data set to keep straight. That is where the work is, so a group is quoted rather than read off a plan.

Your old ERP keeps running

Where Qaflo already reads your system, it can mirror it one way for as long as you keep both; otherwise opening balances and masters come across by file import, and a connector is quoted. How much history comes across is the honest variable, so a migration is scoped on your data.

A larger team

Past 15 users on cloud the price is quoted in blocks. Past 20 users the shape of the deployment usually changes too, and we would rather scope that than guess it.

Every module is available. What takes real time is matching stages, approvals, documents and reports to how your business already works. Beyond the setup that comes with the plan, that is the day rate.
