What this notice covers

This notice covers www.qaflo.com, the marketing website for Qaflo. It does not cover the Qaflo application your business may use. Data in that application belongs to the customer that holds it, and is governed by that customer's agreement with us.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name if you give one, your trade, what the enquiry is about, and your message.

When you browse: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics records pages viewed, the device and browser, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and clicks on our WhatsApp links. We do not use it to identify you.

When you call or message us on WhatsApp, we see what those services show us, such as your number and the message you send.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, prepare a quotation you asked for, and support you if you are already a customer. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and which are not. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

Who else handles it

Your form submission is stored in a database we operate and then emailed to our team. Cloudflare checks that the form was sent by a person rather than a script. Google provides the analytics. WhatsApp handles any conversation you start there. Each processes data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation up again. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can also object to analytics by blocking cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
